About the Association
Reason of being
The purpose of the association is to promote societal transformation by applying competencies, methods, and approaches from the cultural and creative industries
The association shall function as a collaborative platform for the international community working with cross innovation. Within the association, members can initiate, lead, and develop projects.
The association will serve as a platform for collaboration, knowledge exchange, and development within cross innovation at the local, national, and international levels.

ABOUT US
How It All Started
The association was founded by three professionals who met through the project Cross Innovation Southern Sweden, initiated by Region Skåne and Region Blekinge.
Bringing together complementary perspectives, they share a common commitment to advancing Cross Innovation. Jenny Kornmacher contributes over 15 years of hands-on experience working strategically with cross innovation across Europe.
Marlene Johansson adds a strong research foundation, having studied and followed the field closely as a PhD researcher. Elin Frost brings an artistic and facilitative perspective, working at the intersection of arts, systems, and transformation.
Together, they combine practice, research, and artistic methods to shape new approaches to cross-sector collaboration.
